Dillan Kenny, 24, from Pismo Beach, is catching a glimpse of his girlfriend on the pier after surfing waves on Saturday, January 22, 2012 next to the Pismo Beach pier in Pismo Beach, Calif. This was the first time Kenny was able to surf in front of his girlfriend.
